I have to tell this story. I had the Expert Shield product for my Panasonic G9. It continues to work perfectly. I purchase a second G9 camera body and also a second Expert Shield protector for my second G9 body. Life got in the way and it took me over 18 months to finally install the second Shield product. But, when I tried it just wouldn't fit. It was ever so slightly out of spec in thickness and length. Almost unnoticable except that my rear panel display would not seat properly in the camera's back recess.Given that I had made the purchase so long ago but only recently went to use the product I thought I'd at least let Expert Shield know about my problem. I had no thought that they would respond SO INCREDIBLY WELL as they did. They asked me to detail my issue and send them my old order number and within a couple of days sent me a new protector from a more recent batch and it fit PERFECTLY. I was blown away by their integrity and willingness to solve my problem. I could have been lying but they trusted me and solved my problem with a degree of Customer Service I have rarely seen anywhere. While my problem may have been related to a very specific batch and camera model (Panasonic G9) I would urge anyone who has experienced this issue to get in touch with the company for a prompt resolution. They are a pleasure to deal with and make a stellar procduct also. I look forward to dealing with them in the future. You can buy from them with confidence. Hoping this helps others who may have run into a similar issue and perhaps not followed up on the issue.

I’m a big fan of Expert Shield. I have them on all of my cameras, both SLRs and Point and Shoots. Make sure you have plenty of painter’s tape, get a good fit of the shield onto the screen using the hinge method described in the instructions, do a good job cleaning and you are set. Easy to do. Highly recommend this product.

I received the wrong product but the problem was immediately and professionally corrected with no extra effort or cost. The product is very good and protects a device worth thousands, so saving a few dollars seems foolish. This is why I went with the Expert Shield brand -- there is some experience and reputation and I'd rather not try a copycat product trying to compete on price. This is my opinion. You can decide for yourself what your device is worth. As for installation, it's definitely good to have painter's tape on hand. As they recommend, I made a hinge to test fit and align the protector beforehand. Once it was in place, I had several dust spots, creating bubbles, but I used their suggestion to lift the protector up (with painter's tape) and then dab the underside of the protector and screen (with painter's tape) and then when I laid the protector back down on the screen, it was perfect. A few air bubbles (just air, no dust) were easily squeegeed out with the cardboard packaging from Expert Shield. Fiddly work, for sure, but excellent results.

First, let me say I already put DOZENS of screen protector on LCD camera screens in more than 10 yearsBut it's the FIRST time I'm totally unable to apply one without leaving around TEN PERCENT of bubble under it !The size of this Expert Shield for Lumix LX100 II is perfect, but that's all I the positive I can say about this product.I finally throw it in the garbage and put an AFUNTA for Fujifilm X100F instead : this one is around 3mm too short for in length for a LX100, but it works perfectly, WITHOUT ANY BUBBLE AT ALL, and it costs HALF THE PRIZE !!!

Delivery prompt. Merchant is right on top of things, outstanding instructions to ensure proper installation. I've had it close to a year. It took a heavy hit from another hard object - the protector is damaged but the camera screen was not. For other reasons that arose between the damage and when I got home, that camera is finished, but otherwise, the merchant has a lifetime replacement policy. Can't beat that, especially after it had already earned its keep. I'm favourable impressed.

I bought this for my Panasonic ZS70 camera. I don't have experience in putting on screen protectors, so I asked a friend who's done dozens of them. He did the bathroom thing to avoid dust and the protector went on perfectly.Unfortunately, after one week, even without using the camera, I started seeing a line of bubbles/dust or whatever it is across the screen. It's only visible when the screen is off and does not affect touch operation at all. I hope it's just air/dust and not damage to the LCD. I don't think it is.We tried to apply pressure to remove the line of bubbles but no luck.For now, I will keep it on as it's barely noticeable and I have the protection I needed for my camera

From a service point of view all I can say is wow. I bought one of these screen protectors and within a week I received an email asking if I had received it. I had and had already installed it and did pretty well installing it. I had 1 tiny little air bubble and it wasn't on the picture part of the display so I was happy with it.The customer service rep that had contacted me said they would send me another one so that I could get it perfect. I received it a few days later and when I opened the package there were 2 more. This was a good thing because I seriously messed up the second one. I little more nervous I made sure that I followed the instructions completely and that time I managed to get it perfect.All in all it seems to do the job well. I would definitely recommend this company.Make sure to follow all of the steps.-Be in steamy room - (Running shower - keeps air born dust down)-Wipe the screen-Line up the protector-use a piece of tape to create a hinge so that you can let it fall back into position-peel the inner backing and let it fall back into position- give it a few seconds to push the air out- rub out any remaining air bubbles-peel outer backing- enjoyThere are several videos watch them if you haven't done it before.It is trickier than some of the cell phone screen protectors but with a bit of patience you should be happy with the results.

Bought from Amazon. very fast delivery. Checked online for instructional video[s]. Bought for Lumix TZ30 - same screen size as TZ40. Found however that there was a slight overlap, ie the screen protector did not provide a perfect fit, but will have to live with this. Take care not to use the corners of Credit Card to iron out air bubbles. There is a risk that the Credit Card will actually mark or score the screen protector !! Guess what happened to me?

It's OK - it;s a screen protector. Slight roughness at one corner but OK. Went on fine. Seems a bit pricey for what it is - but I shall see if it lives up to its lifetime guarantee...
