Honestly, Its Okay. For the Magnet to actually use its full potential, it needs to stick onto a surface that's overall bigger than the magnetic holder itself for more contact to stick onto. Would've been a sick design if it actually stuck onto the hoist arm while working.Pro: Does Hold Milwaukee m18 impact on a bigger surface like a hoist Pole.: Has adjustable arms different sizesCons: Not enough strength to hold a Milwaukee on a hoist arm thus falls.: Painted Surfaces or Dirty surfaces will make the magnetic strength weaker.

Holds up my M18 1/2 impact and 3/8 snap-on securely to the lift arm. Hopefully the build quality lasts over time.
