No safety certifications beyond "we tested with UL standard" and no documentation to back it up. Drawing 1A on the 3A supply generates enough heat that it's uncomfortable to the touch, so there's no way whatsoever that it could handle its full rating!I needed two, and both were identically flawed.Don't buy these, especially if you're trying to add some overhead to keep a system running cooler.

I’ve had many grow lights start blinking, or not working at all and tested different cords on them to see if it was a cord issue which has turned out to be 💯 the case. The transformers in the cord on grow lights don’t last so these replacements are definitely worth it!! Saves throwing out perfect working grow lights that have faulty transformers

This is my second order of these wall warts. They work as described, I am using some to power Cisco desk phones and one wired into a Sound bar that died due to internal 5 V DC power supply failure.The price is very reasonable.

This supply is solidly built, runs cool and turns on within one second. It's also UL(c) approved for use in Canada and the US. (I admit I'm only running it at ~40% of capacity, but the cost increment to upsize is small enough that I always oversize my supplies.)I've only had it a short time, but I predict a long life for this supply.I bought this to replace a weenie wall wart supplied with a set of 24 volt LED strip lights I bought. The one they supplied took almost 4 seconds to turn on when supplied with power. (Kind of an annoying delay!) It also was being run beyond its nameplate capacity when the strips were at full brightness. It ran hot. I've never had a supply last very long under these conditions. It also wasn't UL(c) listed.
