These have been invaluable for solving an issue of people parking on my lawn and blocking my driveway. They’re very clearly printed and the placards are sturdy. The posts need to be slid into each other, but assemble easily and are easy to install into the ground. I used a small rubber mallet to set them into the ground, but they could likely be just pressed down into the turf. It’s easy to attach the signs to the posts with the included hardware and the provided bolts with capped nuts make them look really nice.

The signs are as Described and looks great. They come with stakes and screws. I like that this is a duel pack so i can put one in front of my house and in the drive way.

This item arrived quickly. It arrived as described. I followed the instructions for the easy install. The only thing I didn't do was remove the plastic cover from the sign...just to protect it from weather. It's very visible. They come with the stakes and screws. Great price point.
