Our family is spread out across the country, so we bought the 4 pack and gave them to the grandparents for Christmas. These are great! I actually set everything up before sending them off so all they had to do was hook it up to their internet when they received it. We love these and I get to send them pictures all the time. Set up was very easy.

Really like the frame. I had thought I was purchasing another brand that another family member has, so I was a bit disappointed when it arrived because I had to use a new app. But once I got the app it was easy to upload pictures and I'm really enjoying seeing all the family on my frame.

I gave these to my kids grandmothers. The frames were easy to set up and the grandmas love having an easy way to receive pictures and display them in their home.

This is a fantastic item. Very easy to set up and download your pictures. We received one from our daughter for Christmas and loved it so much we bought another for a relative .Definitely would recommend as a great gift idea.

Was a gift for grandma, and they set it up immediately.Very easy to set up.Equally easy to share for others to add photos to frame.The only frustrating thing is it can only display portrait or horizontal at once so you need to crop and turn your photos when uploading them.It notifies you when a photo has been uploaded but then you need to wait till all other photos have cycled through.Wish it would show new photos first.Cool gift for loved ones out of city and you can send photos too.

I loved it! It's easy to setup and also easy to send photos from your phone to the photo frame. It's running 24/7 I hope it won't go faulty in the future, only time will tell. I'm going to buy another one.

The image quality is ok, but the transitions are limited and quite rough. I managed to hide all the text, time, weather and notifications. I only want to see the photos. It supports .jpg, .jpeg, .png and .mp4 formats. It doesn't play .heic or .mov from iPhones. I wish I had given this info in the description before buying the frame. I added a few photos on a 32GB SD card using a Mac, and the frame reads it well. You can play the images from the card itself, or save them to the frame's internal memory.But I'm not able to transfer via USB to a PC. On their website, they say:"PC transfer via USB cable: Last Update: 2024-04-22. From version 4.1.0 of the Uhale digital photo frame, you can now transfer photos and videos from your computer to the frame via a USB cable."My software is version 3.7.3 and when I try to upgrade it to 4.1.0 via WIFI the frame says that 3.7.3 is the latest version available. Therefore it's false to say that images can be transferred from a PC using USB on this frame. When plugged in, nothing appears on my PCI won't use the frame with WIFI or the app for network security reasons.It attracts dust like crazy!! :DOther than that, it does what I want. I hope my parents will like itI wrote this review after testing for only 2 days. Let see how it goes in the long run...

The picture quality is impressive for the price, touch screen is responsive. My only complaint is the app, it could be a little more user friendly. I found it frustrating when I try to find a picture on my phone to upload and I can't find it, despite the picture being in the album I have selected. I feel like if you gift this to someone who is less technology inclined, they would have a harder time with it.
