This peel and stick backsplash is soooo easy to use! I’m beyond impressed. I’ve had it up in my kitchen for a few weeks now and it’s not going anywhere! Looks great too!

These self adhesive tiles are nice - they are easy to stick onto the wall and look pretty good when lined up next to each other. I was expecting them to have a smooth tile-like texture but they kind of feel more like rubber.

They go on easily, stay on easily, in my laundry where the moisture content is (obviously) high, but not as high as a bathroom. They do give off a bit of a plasticky look but that isn't too noticeable considering they form just a tiny backslash. The tiles are on the smallish side, so measure your space, check the tile dimension and order accordingly. Good value for the price.

This solves a problem in the kitchen where replacing the backsplash would be expensive and tedious to do. These are equivalent to 4-inch square tiles in a herringbone design that is actually formed into the tile, not painted on. The color is pure white. The backing is silver and nothing from the wall shows through it. That eliminates painting or sanding the wall first. They look very close to real ceramic tile and they wipe clean like regular wall tiles, as they’re waterproof.There’s a protective film on the front of the tile that’s easily removed. The tile is then peeled off of a backing. It isn’t thick at all. It’s basically a textured, waterproof contact paper.Directions for installing were clear. Clean the surface, let it dry, draw a guideline on the wall, cut, peel and press. It’s recommended on the packaging to order 5% more than the measured project area.This is contact paper, not real tile so can’t be used in bathtubs, showers or on floors. It can’t be installed near open flame and needs to be 10-inches from the stove. We definitely will have to consider how much we want to do for a kitchen splash because 40-inches doesn’t really cover much.It does do what it’s advertised to do and does look nice.

These peel and stick gel tiles are a godsend, not having to deal with extra hassle and is easy to fix if you need to re-adjust (while adhering of course).Side Note: if you ever plan to remove these in the future, don't expect the paint behind them to remain intact 100%. Mind you my older house has plaster and lathe and plus older paint.Luckily I have no intentions of removing them, they are beautiful...you cannot even tell that they are not glass. The silver ones have a reflective shimmer I was pleasantly surprised with!
