I first found string of pearls at a local home store garden center. It was in a 4” pot along with other plants. I should have got it cause no one around here had any. I was able to get string of bananas at a local garden center. I be been leaving my phone number and request for the other string of —- no luck in over a year. Took a chance to order them and was pleased with what I received. Looking forward to my others coming. I have 2&1/2 Acers +. My front yard is full as well as my entrance has about 20 hanging and 30 other pots. Back yard is for food and oak trees I would fill all the land but my grandkids have tree house zip line repelling wall. And of corse the have to have space to ride go cart.

EDIT: I was so impressed with my first order, that I ordered a couple more plants. This time, not so great...withered and dying. I tried reporting, but no luck. I’m losing it. I’m quite disappointedWOW!!! I’m honestly blown away by how incredible this product is. I’ve been calling all my local nurseries to find these beauties, but with no luck. I was extremely skeptical about buying live plants through amazon, but this seller is AMAZING! The packing was great, lots of paper shred to keep the pearls safe, and the box was labeled “fragile”The plants are in fantastic condition, full, healthy and even have some hanging tendrils. Definitely will order through Fat Plants again!

OMG, these little guys are just so incredibly gorgeous.... they arrived today , which was completely unexpected as it’s 5 days early. I am so happy I got them early! They came amazingly packaged in their own separate boxes with paper shred to protect the pearls. I was amazed at the fact that they both already have hanging pieces that were lovingly placed on top and covers with paper shred to protect them .They look so incredibly healthy and happy even though they were shipped clear across the USA to Massachusetts. I won’t be repotting them for a while as they still have a bit of room to grow. Seeing as how they just came today , and I have nothing but praise for the seller. I will update if anything changes!!!

Both plants arrived well packed and in good condition, nearly the exact size of the stock photos. But I'm gonna level with you - I murdered them. Well 95% of them, I have 2 little strands left that are pushing out new growth. Some of the stems were a little dry/brown upon arrival, but I'm taking all the blame for their demise. There were a large amount of springtails in the soil, which is actually beneficial as they munch on decaying matter, but it does make me wonder what the roots looked like before I killed them if the springtails were thriving that much.Resist the urge to water these babies right away! Let them chill and acclimate for a while in a spot with bright, indirect light. These were my practice pearls, and I learned a hard lesson (as so, so many people do with SOP). When I'm ready to try again, I'd definitely consider ordering from this seller again if I can't find them at a local nursery.
