We bought this for a 50 inch tall granddaughter to practice gymnastics. Not that useful. No training booklet came with it and can't find much on "you tube".

My granddaughter is 6 and just showing interest in gymnastics. She loves using the angled mat for backbend ans somersault. She is tiny but has no problem folding the matt up and using it for her dance performance. The mat is easily foldable and durable for her use.

Really happy with this purchase for my 3 year old! Can be used for many years as there’s plenty of room for him to grow. Super lightweight for mom to carry, but durable!! I even flip around on It occasionally. Folds nicely for easy storage
