The regular size should be sufficient for most people. The elastic band is comfortable enough with ample metal material to ensure good contact to the swiveling cord all the way to the grounding alligator clip. Worked great for working on my home server and laptop. Just make sure to couple the static strap with the right grounding hardware, and you are golden.

I do NOT have a meter to test this, as shown in the description, but my purpose for ordering was to use with EARTHING products.. of which I have a few, but I had not purchased a wrist band from them yet, when I saw this product offering. I am having to work long hours on a PC, just doing admin tasks, like a gazillion office workers everywhere, not gaming or repairing/building PCs. But I had learned we ALSO need to protect ourselves physically, under such stress, and for many proven wellness benefits, so I hope this will help me, too. I am not sure why other reviewers spoke of SIZE: my package states: 7-12" wrist circumference. My wrist is 5~3/4", and I could easily lift the tab and pull the elastic band to make it as small as needed. The metal contact does NOT LOOK comfortable, but I have not really even felt it, when it is attached and tight. The length of the cord works fine for me, w/the PC tower on the desk behind my monitor, but I think I have heard for any application, one can wear the band on their wrist, or ANKLE, around the center of their foot, or around the upper arm, to free up hand movements. Maybe foot to PC under the desk would be ideal, if NOT tasking to build/repair, have the PC OPEN, but just playing or working on computer tasks. THIS MODEL HAS AN ALLIGATOR CLIP, BUT IT CAN BE REMOVED, quickly pulled off, to reveal a STEM of sorts, that fits tight into an 'EARTHING' electrical wall socket plug ("Safety Adapter"), then a surge protector: this stem looks different than the solid metal stem of those products, but it fits tight so I think it serves the same purpose. I feel safe with this alteration because the plug is the Earthing brand. I am waiting for a tech savvy co-worker to bring a meter to TEST the functionality, so I will update my review if anything odd is determined but I feel confident, having seen other reviews. I am happy to be able to get protection with such an unintrusive device and great price!!! Thank you!!! God Bless, Namaste

It's always smart to have one of these anti-static bracelets to ground you whenever you're working on electronics, which for me is usually gaming pcs. People drop thousands of dollars into these pcs and don't want to buy something so small for a few bucks to prevent damaging your whole investment. You want to make sure the bracelet is tight enough that the metal ring on the inside is always up against your skin, so be sure to measure and order the right size. It fits comfortably, isn't itchy, and doesn't cause any irritation to my wrist while working for long periods. Just go get yourself one and make sure to always use it.

The concept of these is that there is constant contact with your skin, otherwise you risk static damage to whatever it is you're working on (if you're buying one of these, I would suspect you know that, but still). This is fairly loose, but I can manage it. The length of the cable is decent and allows a good bit of freedom of movement. It doesn't tug too much and I feel like I can move about on the bench without causing any issues. This will work for folks with larger wrists for sure.

I've been working on electronics "without a net" for years now, but a recent scare finally convinced me to give an anti-static strap a chance. This FEITA Anti Static Wrist Strap is well made for folks and fits large wrists and/or small ankles. It's worth the cost for peace of mind when working on valuable electronics.
