I've done a number of timing belts before, and as is customary, replaced all the rotating seals that are accessible. On a 2006 Toyota Sequoia, the cams must be entirely removed in order to have at the cam seal. As mine weren't leaking, that was alot more work that didn't need to be done since the ones in the car were not visibly leaking. Good luck if you actually do need these.
