I was extremely disappointed with this product. The wheels keep getting stuck, making it nearly impossible to use. To make matters worse, when I tried to return it, I was expected to pay for return shippingโeven though the product was clearly defective. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this product or this seller. Save your money and look elsewherere.

It is not easy to turn around, as I feel the disc is not smooth to turn. another disadvantage is that I have to put it on the carpet. If I put it directly on my hardwood floor, it is slippy and moves around.

This is quite a little unit for your home gym. I read a few unfavourable reviews, but there was this one lady who tried it and her review seemed very balanced, so I went for it. Well it is very sturdy, going to be good for working on balance and core, I can feel it already after just 5 minutes. Once you get the hang of it you can go around a 360 circle using your abs to move it. Make sure nothing is in your way because you can lose your balance, I didn't but I can see where you would but only a couple of inches off the ground. I love it, and highly recommend during these home gym times.
