The materials are good. The hook looks strong and the most interesting feature is when you pull the hand/yellow hook it start to make a sound and vibrates. For my baby it so cool, it keep watching.

It is so cute and perfect for the stroller! I did not even know that you pull one of the arms and it moves up and down! I didn’t know that before buying it so when it arrived and opened it I was even more glad I purchased it ! Super soft! I got it on sale so totally worth it !

So really this is just a toy that vibrates BUT it's so adorable!!! It's very soft and it's convenient to take out on the go as a distraction so in my opinion it's a win.
