Lets face it, its not if something will break down on RV's its when. I try to always keep backup parts for the the most important parts on board. I've read a report of the brisk air ii fan motor tending to fail prematurely. So I went ahead and ordered this just in case. Dimensions all check out, except for the shaft on the fan side. Its about a 1/2 inch longer. I went up to double check if this would cause any issues in terms of clearance between the fan and coils. There is roughly 2.5" clearance, so not a problem. All cable colors and fan specs are correct and the motor seems to near identical to the factory motor.
