Size is good for a small woman in trades. But the neckline is like it’s chocking you.. I find it VERY hard to find work clothes that decent fit (being a smaller woman in trades) and I like the fit except the neck. It’s almost like wearing a choker back in the day. But I stretch it out every use to try to get it more enjoyable.Maybe if they had more of a female perspective on fitting they could change

These are very nice affordable high vis tees for women, however I find they fit extremely big. Women's shirts I usually wear a large/XL and the size medium fits with room to spare. Almost seems more like men's sizing.
