I can't tell you how much I like this! We had an older digital frame that finally died. I saw this one at a relative's and loved the idea that our adult kids can download onto it from a holiday or wherever they are. It looks very modern and shows off our photos beautifully. I love that it is interactive and user friendly. 10!10 in my world!

This was easy to set up, has clear picture screen. Decent value for your money. Picture screen is a bit small, I thought the screen itself would be bigger, but it's okay for the space I have it in.

Bought as a Secret Santa gift.Tried it before I wrapped and it worked good. The photos I uploaded to the SD Chip looked good on the screen. Though I believe this would be different depending on the quality of device used for the photo to be taken.

I had relatively low expectations of this unit given price, as what I wanted to do was pretty simple. First roadblock was my mistake. Am a new iPhone user and didn't realise that the picture and video formats aren't compatible with this frame. Went through the exercise of converting the files to file types listed in the user guide. the jpegs worked okay but only fill half of this 7" screen. the video files on the other hand wouldn't play, so tried another format. These finally did play, however the labrador retriever in the movies looked more like a dachshund. tried another format, same result. Given this was meant as a memorial gift for friends who had lost their darling Lab, this was frustrating to say the least. The other challenge is that lacking internal memory, files must be saved to stick or SD card. What this unit doesn't lay out clearly is that when file types are combined (video and picture) on a single card/stick, the unit will not play at all, but rather comes up with file not recognised errors, so you need a stick for one thing and either a different stick or SD card for the other file type. Frustrating beyong belief. Spent days trying to get this simple little task done and at the end of the day, it will not work as I want it to. Would not recommend this unit (well maybe to my worst enemy). Recommendations: make clear that this is far from plug and play, be very specific as to exact file types supported (etc. isn't granular enough in the current guide) and perhaps redo the user guide so as to be more user friendly.
