When I received it I slid the bearing blocks on and three slid nicely while the fourth sounded like it had gravel inside. I took it off to look it over to make sure none of the packaging had somehow been trapped but there was nothing. the second time I slid it on it kicked out three bearings which I fortunately found and reinstalled but it still sounded like it has gravel in it. Slid it back off carefully and noticed the bearings on one side weren't rolling. When I tried to slid it back on it kicked out another bearing. It is now sitting on my bench. The other three slide nicely and have had no problems. The rails are just as described and work wonderful.
