Good amount for the price and good bag size (pretty standard, not smaller or bigger than I'd expect). Just pretty thin so be careful what you put in them

These are very good plastic bags. They were purchased for medical and hygiene waste disposal and do the job. Highly recommended.

Plastic bags are no longer offered in supermarkets in my state. After shopping I would reuse the bags in the small trash cans around the house. These are perfect and I really enjoy bringing them to the store to bag my groceries. The looks I get are priceless!

Had to double bag anything over 1lb and as I sell candles that weigh about that, I had to double bag a lot of things. But they do work as intended in the end and the value for money is pretty great so I will be buying them again when I run out!

They're the quality of bags I've come to expect from any reputable convenience store. I had to buy these because the city implemented a ban, but our kitchen wastebin is the sort that hangs off the cupboard door and repurposes (the second R in Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) used bags into serving as a replacement for pricier retail trash bags. Usually I'd save these sorts of bags from grocery and convenience store excursions, but rather than buy an otherwise unnecessary kitchen waste bin and $5/30 Glad bags it made sense to just by these in bulk where 250 of them should last almost 2-2.5 years in my household. I don't know why those companies don't make and sell handled bags with these dimensions for the extant widely popular kitchen bins designed for them. So hey, much thanks to this company for producing and selling them. For this purpose, they're great. The handles keep the bag secure and the plastic is sufficient to hold at least 10lbs minimum and the dimensions are just right.

Only complaint ..they should be a more durable. I find they rip rather easy toward the bags ever used

Our province recently banned single use plastic bags for retailers so my personal supply was running out. I love using these bags in my garbage's around my house. They are also good for wrapping paint brushes in. In fact there are a lot of uses for plastic bags that I was missing out on. Quality it excellent on these bags, I plan to be buying more when these run out.

Exactly what you expected. But actually a large quantity! These are the bags that you get with store purchases. But they are extremely practical for day to day use, and home/pet clean up. Perfect for your bathroom bin. Perfect to grab to take your lunch to work in or to use in case it may leak. I used to try to save these from grocery shopping and now this is a bargain with a big amount for the price.

What's to say? They are plastic grocery bags, they cost a couple of pennies each, and they're a great alternative to having to remember to cart around a dirty set of canvas bags all the time. As they're strong enough to be reused several times each (couple trips to the market + final fate as a kitchen trash bag), the net environmental impact isn't nearly so great as it would be were they used once and thrown out. I really wish the kneejerk environmentalists in California would do all the cost-benefit calculations and publicize those, rather than using buzzwords and emotional appeal. Obviously the longterm correct answer is a biodegradable synthetic bag, but California's archaic patchwork of regulations doesn't even *allow* those much less encourage their development.

LA outlawed plastic grocery bags as of January 1st, and I'd stockpiled a decent supply since I use them for scooping out the litter box. But my supply was running low, and the other substitutes I tried were either too costly or not easy to use.I'd looked on-line for grocery bags, but didn't really want to buy an entire case of 1000!This package fit the bill just fine. The bags are maybe a little bit thinner than I would ideally like, but hold up to the task well, and so far, I've had no problems with the quality of the bags.I would have given it 5 stars, but I just can't get that excited about plastic grocery bags.

I bought these plastic bags as a form of protest, since the City of Los Angeles decided to ban the use of plastic bags by grocery stores starting January 1st of this year. Now I bring my own plastic bags to the store with me. The quality of these bags? They're extremely light-weight plastic, good enough for a single use, the same quality of plastic bag you'd get from the cashier when you check out at the 99-cent store. They aren't thick and durable, but at this price, I wasn't expecting an extremely high-quality plastic bag that could be reused over and over again. Since these Garvey bags were intended for use in a retail store, they come in a reusable cardboard box. A year later, our family of 4 still has 1/4 of a box of these bags left. They have worked out great.
