Great Pi 5 case. Well made, everything fits in and the case parts fit together very solid. Came with extra screws! How often do you see that in a $15 part these days?

Great quality case. Works with my dual NVME hat, and geekpi cooler. No gripes on this one. Would purchase again.

I was looking for a case with a cooling fan that could accommodate the pineboards nano ssd hat. This is the perfect size. Great build quality and has clearance between the case fan and ssd module.

The case is pretty good, there's enough space for at least two hats and has lots of gaps for air flow. I do however have two complaints.The first is the rubber strips that go on the bottom of the case cover the screws that attach the raspberry pi to the case. So if you need to fiddle with the pi you'll have to pull both strips off. I chose to cut one of the two strips into half inch pieces so as to not cover the screws.The second complaint is that the screws that secure the acrylic cover to the case has hex heads rather than phillips like all the other screws.

I wish that we could still comment on other people's reviews. I'd like to let a couple of peope know that the top of this case is not wood or cardboard. It is plastic with a nearly impossible to remove protective paper on it. I am thinking about returning it for this reason. Maybe manufacturers will stop doing this if we just close up the box and return the item if it has that protective paper layer. I have scratched the heck out of too many of these cases while trying to get it off. There isn't a tab to help you. I can't get it to lift up by picking at it with a finger nail or utility knife at the edge. I have soaked other cases in soapy water for days and it still wouldn't remove that paper. I'm mad as h--- and not going to take it anymore! It's too bad. This is a well-built case otherwise. I have a similar one for my Orange Pi 5. That one is all metal. I really like it. I was hoping that this one would be just as good.Edit - I did keep this case and I'm bumping up my rating from 3 to 4 stars. They lose one for annoying me. I put the top in a container of warm water with some dishsoap for a few hours. The cardboard came off fairly easily. I only slightly scratched it. I didn't have to plug in the fan. I got a knock-off version of the official Raspberry Pi active cooler with my board. I can see where it might be difficult to plug that in.

Very disappointed with the top cover. The whole case is a nice black aluminum. The top cover is a brown wood.

This is a nice little case but you have to be able to figure out how to put it together pretty much on your own. The "instructions" is a sheet with six pictures that are vague at best. It's not that complicated but it would have been reasonable to have some steps far better than what came with it. I do appreciate that they provide one extra of each fastener in case you lose one. I do recommend the case.

The instruction sheets were TERRIBLE and when dealing with the tiny connectors it helps if you have TINY hands. Due to short wires the fan was HARD to attach to the connector on the PI 5 board. The top of the case is CARDBOARD and NOT metal. Somewhat disappointed.
