I bought these batteries for my home phone (yes, we still have one) but only 2 out the 3 batteries actually worked. Very disappointing!

Worked perfectly. Plug and play and can use my phone again. Donāt spend much time on the house line so canāt really confirm battery life or anything.

I have an old uniden cordless house phone with dual handset and answering machine. I know that calls to landlines are very rare but I still like having the capability of having a dedicated mobile and dedicated house phone. The phone were purchased way back in 2003 but they still work. The batteries were replaced at one time with dollar-store batteries and they kinda worked. When I relocated the phones to an apartment with a second floor, the second handset would not connect and just got static. Sometimes the main phone (base) will lose its dialtone because the second handset will "hang". I was going to replace the entire unit but did not want to spend close to $100 for a phone that I will probably use less than 5 times a year. I searched for compatible batteries and found these on amazon. While they are rated at 800mAh and the previous batteries were only 600mAh, these batteries are a lot smaller than the old ones. The old batteries looked like 3x double A interconnected while these new batteries look like 3x triple A bundled together. Nevertheless, they still work and now the second handset, despite being upstairs is able to pickup signal and dialtone. It's still a bit staticky but that could be due to the phone's age.
