This little egg carton shaped seat cushion is perfect for my office chair, it’s comfortable and makes the direct stress point my sciatica less painful to sit for long periods of time.I did try and use it on the bench at our kitchen table and my butt hit the bench it was not comfortable at all.

After looking over so many other cushions I decided on this on. I have bought several gel cushions over the years but they were all 1" thick. I needed a thicker cushion. This one is a full 2" thick while most others are 1.6 or 1.7". This one works very well for me. Great comfort and plenty of support for what I need. I use it on my drivers seat. It stays in place and is great for long drives. Although I would not recommend leaving it sitting directly in the sun as I have never let any of my gel cushions sit directly in the sun as I live in Florida. Not sure if they would melt or not but I just don't want to take the chance.

As I age God seems to have taken my butt away. Yes, I have the old man's butt. I understand how attractive this is, but it isn't comfortable. I need some help with this problem. This still keeps my attractive posterior, yet keeps me comfortable on long rides. I highly recommend this if you have one of those old man butts.

The honeycomb type pattern on this is actually very uncomfortable. You can feel it. I suggest purchasing a memory foam or gel type one.

It's comfortable if you have a hard seat. Keep in mind, the thickness also raises you that much as well. I didn't find it did alot for my issues of getting a numb butt while driving long distances. Might try the memory foam ones instead...
