My wife, and sometimes me, bake for everyone. We like them a lot.

Many people may use these for baking; I use them as disposable placements for everyday use. Large enough that it protects the table from spills, and super-easy to throw away after the meal.

I've baked for 35 years. I will not bake anything without parchment paper. It makes your baked goods great and saves your equipment. This is by far the best buy for the money. It's the first time I've purchased it online. I usually go thru a food service vendor. This is not only cheaper, but the exact same thing I've always used

Unsuitable for all but the lowest temperature cooking. Burns and sticks if used over 300FThis product is totally unsuited for general kitchen use. Cost me $70 in food cost that I had to throw out

Love the parchment .. makes clean up a breeze. I cut in half for my cookie sheets, use it for collars for my panettone, loved a called paneer to make cheesecake in a standard caller paneer and it worked fabulous. I use it for fusible appliqued, as well as paint and glueing projects. On project i made mardi gras masks out of puff paint. Then used eyelash glue to adhere it to my face. I love that it's flat sheets. I hated dealing with rolled parchment.Don't love the flimsy box. It seems to be vacuum packed, so when you open the dispenser part the sheets expand and you end up pulling several out at once. It doesn't close either so you have to find a place to fit the entire box to keep the parchment clean.
