Good taste..easy enough to mix but it does clump, so i break it up with a fork. Unfortunately it constipates baby. I have to do half rice half oatmeal then it is ok.

Easy to prepare. High in nutrition especially iron which is good for infant. Tasty (I tried it before feeding my baby) and my baby has no hard time to swallow it. It’s cheaper than Loblaws/Walmart/Shoppers

Used this for both my children as a first food. Bland taste for their developing taste buds and easy to make. Haven’t noticed that my children became constipated but have heard this can be an issue. As another reviewer noted, the packaging is annoying and I wish it was resealable. It goes everywhere if you aren’t careful. I don’t necessarily follow the ratio advised as I end up wasting a lot as my baby is very young and doesn’t eat much. I also mix with breast milk at the moment for maximum nutrients.
