I purchased this one to complete a set for my kit. I had cases for the rest of the drums, but wanted to match them up with all the same style. I'm updating my review after a few months of using them and dropping the rating a little bit. I still think they function pretty well to protect your drums, but they are pretty low ranking for me as far as the bags I've used for drums.Pros:These bags can be stored flat unlike most instrument cases. It's a nice feature to have, but I doubt I'll use it too often. The bags are adjustable so you can carry shallow toms or deeper ones without having a lot of extra space on the top or bottom. I tend to use shallower toms e.g.,10x7, 12x8. I also have a kit with deeper toms, so this allows me to use the same cases for all my drums with the same diameter head. The construction is solid with high quality zippers, sturdy fabric on the exterior, and a soft durable lining. You can assemble them pretty quickly using the velcro straps. The handle has good padding, so you won't run into issues them cutting into your hands while you carry a couple at a time.Cons:These aren't the thickest bags I've worked with but they do offer decent padding. They don't come with shoulder straps although I don't know many people who actually use those for toms. There is a definite gap where the zippers come together, but not enough to risk damage to your drum. The sizing on these bags isn't the greatest. I've had them for several months now and used them on a number of gigs. I'm using these for DW drums so you can get an idea of the size of the drums I have. Even zipped to their smallest size they leave a lot of extra space. On my 20x18 bass drum, I have it zipped to 20x16, and the fit is close to perfect. If you have a smaller sized drum there will be a decent bit of slack. While the ability to make them fold down flat is kind of cool at first glance, I have yet to find a situation where it's necessary. Yes it'll save some space while you're gigging, but you still have to put them back together at the end of the night. That just adds on to the load out, which nobody really wants. Conclusion:I think these could be a good step for someone looking for bags to carry their drums, or someone who has multiple drum sets but only want to have one set of bags. I think the provide as much protection as most other soft case on the market, and much more than some of the low end bags. This was the last bag to complete my set, so I'm pretty familiar with these. I used one on my floor tom for the past 3 years and it still looks like it's new.For the price they aren't too bad, but I can't say I wholeheartedly endorse them. I think they're kind of middling in a pretty large market space, and you may be able to find something better at this price point. I wouldn't recommend these for transport when they will spend a lot of time out of your direct control e.g., flying, or a tour bus. For everything else, I'd feel comfortable using these cases.

I liked the idea and price of these bags but the actual using of them was ridiculous. On the tightest setting the drum was swimming inside it, I sent them back immediately. Would not recommend.
