I like the ease of use. I should have bought the more powerful one, but it is what it is.

Fast shipping and the packaging was very well done. The pressure washer was very easy to assemble and pretty much ready to go right out of the box. There is alot of power draw from the unit and I ended up tripping my breaker with a low voltage car charger plugged in on the same relay. Overall great product from my first two uses, I will update in another month. So far with the included foam cannon my car washing time was cut in half from hand washing so it is a major Time Saver.

The retracting hose is a huge plus feature,the strength of the pressure washer is god for car washing . The big plus is the wall mount and the self retracting hose. It’s fine for car washing and light use for concrete cleaning but not powerful enough for paint removal. I knew this going in and the convenience of the wall mounted self storing hose was worth it for me. Makes it easy to clean my truck off real quick. Still have to actually wash it but this is great for a quick clean up.

It works great and is so convenient to use. I purchased my first one last year and I purchase 2 more for my house.

First, account for the weight in your expected application. At 50lbs you'll want to consider how it'll be mounted and that with 100' of hose you'll likely be pulling on, that it's secure. The sheer vertical weight can be managed, but when someone is yanking on the hose across a garage or driveway it's pulling on different angles, potentially away from the wall. You don't want this expensive unit falling to the ground while operating.The integrated hose reel is very smooth and works great. The hose itself is flexible unlike most pressure washer hoses, but it needs to be to reel up. Just avoid driving over, kinking or damaging it because getting a replacement may be a challenge. At 100' its way plenty for a large garage with a drain or driveway. The reel has an integrated guide as well to make sure when you reel it up its coils nicely. Very cool.One of the reasons the unit is so powerful is because it draws 1800watts. You'll need a 15A outlet to power it, and at 1800watts, it might use all the amperage at start up, so don't try to run an air compressor at the same time on the same circuit. I really this unit has it own outlet or an infrequently used one. The plug comes with a GFCI end, so you don't need a GFCI outlet, but consider if you're mounting this in a garage that spraying water where there are possibly other outlets should be on a GFCI circuit at least.I hadn't heard of Giraffe Tools before, but after this washer I'll be keeping any eye on them. This is a very good product.

This is a powerful power washer, with a really nice look to it. The metal mounting plate was super easy to install on my out garage and supported the weight of this machine with no issues. It is a heavy machine so carrying this around to select areas could get annoying. The retractable hose was a game changer for me, as well as the ease of the storage areas for the sprayer gun and the bottle (perfect for adding cleaners to the power wash). The 4 connect nozzles attach easily, but once I placed the red one on it would not work, no matter what. I was really looking forward to using the most powerful nozzle for a few areas around my property that needed blasting to get cleaned. If I were paying over $500 for a pressure washer, I would be very disappointed that I didn't receive a fully operational machine. Even one nozzle not working makes quite the difference. Overall, the other nozzles were fantastic help with all my dep cleaning projects. The orange one is perfect for fences, siding, decks...and the other two more of a general light cleaning. This is a very nice power washing machine with 2400 psi, and a very good flow of water. I found its noise to be bearable, its definitely not as loud as our old power washer. If you're looking to invest in a high quality machine, that should stay fixed to one area, I recommend trying out this one - hoping all nozzles work.
