The Going One Folding Gymnastics Mat 240 cm is the ideal addition to your and home gym and gymnastics equipment. Made of 5cm thick high density foam and durable tear-resistant PU leather cover, this gymnastic mat is the perfect accessory for gymnastics and cheerleading routines, fitness training, martial arts and more.
Gymnastics mats protect you from hard floors and can prevent injury by absorbing the impacts of landings and falls. They are padded with high density Trocellen foam which is a flexible semi-rigid material that provides superior shock absorption and quickly regains form.
Going One gymnastics mats are covered with PU leather, which provides a soft-touch surface that does not absorb sweat and is easy to clean. The mats are also foldable and includes interlocking velcro strap connectors.

Wanted a good mat that will last for years, seems like it will. We use it for wrestling and some lighter activities like yoga. Seams and other stitching is done well, material is durable and doesn't rub the skin in the wrong way. We don't wear shoes just bare feet so not sure what the durability would be like then.

The mat has a very strong smell when it comes out of the packaging which hasn't disappeared weeks later. It's also slightly smaller than the posted dimensions. Other than that, it's a good product.

I bought 3 of these mats for my garage to continue judo and jiu jitsu during Covid lock down. I must say, I am so impressed I plan to eventually buy 3 more to completely cover my garage. I did some light hip throws on them, and felt fine. I wouldn't slam someone FULL force REPEATEDLY, however. Controlled throws are fine. Doing bjj ground grappling was great too. The surface is not too slick, but not too "tacky". The foam is dense enough you don't sink down, or get "drag" or friction, but soft enough your body won't ache from rolling. It's the right density you can also do kickboxing footwork on them. The mats velcro together well, and the stitching thus far looks really good. This is my first day on them, so I may update this review later on. But so far, I highly recommend these mats.**UPDATE** I went ahead and bought 3 more!** I now cover a 12 x 16 space in my garage. I'm ready in case my dojo closes for another wave of Covid-19. See the photo. That is my grappling dummy on the mats. I highly recommend these mats!
