I almost gave my hernia a hernia trying to seperate these. I had to use a chisel that I put some cloth on so it wouldn't scratch the cup and a hammer and it was still far too difficult. I got them apart finally and they are great. Solid, decent size and a great price. If you need some pen cups, I think this is the best bang for your buck!
