Product promised to be compatible with my model of Canon printer. When we pushed the cartridge into the slot and closed the printer. There was a knocking sound, as if the cartridge was trying to find it's proper position. We removed it, and slid it in again. Same knocking. The knocking eventually stopped. Printed pages had a one inch smear down one side. After a few more printed pages, there were two smears on the page. Unwrapped and installed the second cartridge. Same knocking, same smearing. Went and bought another cartridge from a local source. Don't waste your money!

At first I ordered the incorrect toner drum as opposed to the cartridge (the Amazon description was not super clear on the difference). As I had passed the return delivery window I communicated with the seller who explained what the issue was and what I should have ordered. They kindly accepted my return minus the postage charges which was nice of them. These new toner cartridges from the same seller work great.

We didn't have good luck with this toner. It left dark streaks on the paper. I am updating this because the company offered to refund what we paid and because we got 3 toners we tried the second one and it worked fine. Hopefully the third one will work fine too.

Very splotchy and low quality. Bought this ink to print flyers for my work and the bright solid blue background came out super muted and splotchy with pink. I guess that’s what I get for cheaping out on toner but a $20 printer would print better than this.

I just received this set of toner cartridges (054) for my Canon MF642Cdw. From the black toner cartridge, a rubber roller and a metal spring fell off right after I opened the box. After I put them back in place, the printout looks like the first photo.New: The seller offered to give me a replacement black toner. I received it. It worked. HOwever, when I put the new full set of cartridges into my printer, the yellow covers the whole test page. I'm asking the seller to give me a replacement yellow. Please see the attached photo.Update: I got a replacement yellow. It worked well. I appreciated the very good customer service. So I'm adding stars to this seller.
