I like it a lot. I’m 75 and needed something light and easy. But you need to buy and extra battery. Also buy the restrung line spools. Because they are hell to reload a new spool.Over all I love it.

I like this purchase. I had an electric one with a cord. I can't tell you how many times it blew a breaker or I tripped on the cord. The battery life is fantastic; it lasts me three weeks.

Impossible to find a complete replacement string spool . I bought replacement string to respool, .65Like Greenworks says, however, it continues to break and I have to set it all in place again .. this has to be the most frustrating trimmer I have ever used … a 15 minute job takes about 1 hr .. any suggestions on a good grass trimmer ?

I really like that there isn't tons of weight. I'm chronicly ill, and have days that I'm very weak. This is nice and light, handle is adjustable, making it easier to make more comfortable. Only thing I could say negative, (maybe it's just me haha), but often forget to plug the battery back in, obviously not the manufacturers problem... it doesn't last for hours, being battery powered. So don't dwindle, just keep going...that being said, I have a decent sized yard. Appx 200×300ft, with probably 15 flower beds, retainer wall, 2 sheds, 2 utility posts, large walk-way and driveway, ect.. lots to trim around.. I can get it done in one go, once I found out how long it lasted.

Le produit fonctionne bien. La batterie n’est pas longue a charger, mais ne dure pas longtemps. Le coupe Bordure est lourd a la longue. J’ai mal au bras …. Pour ceux qui se demande ce n’est pas la même batterie que la tondeuse .

After one full charge and use, battery went defective (blinking red light). Lowering my rating to one star. Would make it lower if I could. Spent over an hour on hold to get a part number for a replacement spool. After getting the part number, I went on line to their site and based on the part number given I went through 35 pages of anywhere from 5 to 8 items per page (!) none of which matched the item number given!! There were items not even related to a string spool and NO images for the few spool references given. After the battery failure and now the string spool issue I will NEVER buy anything from this company!
