Even after getting a replacement within a few weeks of each other, unit is not reliable. On the very first uses on both, units do not power back on. Only way is to make them stay an hour or more to cool or release internal pressure. When it did work, power was good but delayed response to turn on is annoying. I don't trust them for multiple years of work, getting another model instead.

I can only get 30 minutes into a job im doing at home before it just stops working for what ever reason. I don't know if it's overheating ir if it's something else, it won't do anything unless I leave it for a few hours and come back to it suddenly working again and that is whether I'm in my garage or out in the backyard, it doesn't seem to make a difference.

This electric pressure washer exceeded all my expectations! The upgraded hose is a game-changer—no kinks whatsoever, making it so much easier to use. The pressure is really impressive, delivering powerful cleaning with ease. The water flow is unmatched for its price range and size, providing excellent coverage and efficiency.It was phenomenal for cleaning old debris off concrete pavers—the 15-degree nozzle is perfect for this task, much better than the turbo nozzle. On the other hand, the 40-degree nozzle is fantastic when paired with the high flow rate for washing siding and cars, offering a thorough but quick rinse without being too harsh.One feature I particularly appreciate, though it might be controversial, is the soft start of the pressure and water when you first press the spray trigger. It’s a great safety feature, as I never have to worry about accidentally damaging something with a sudden burst of pressure.Overall, pound for pound, this pressure washer offers the best performance in its class. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a powerful and versatile pressure washer!

I did a lot of research before I purchased this pressure washer. This thing definitely has power! It took a bit to get used to the fact that it powers off when you release the trigger and then when reapplying the trigger on the wand there's a slight lag in pressure while it powers up but it definitely is the most powerful electric pressure washer available. The second time I used it the hose broke off of the body of the machine due to a faulty connection welding. I called customer service, sent him a picture of the damage and he issued me a brand new machine, no questions asked other than what I explained. I asked if I had to send the other one back he said no, I could always use it for spare parts. I had my new machine within 10 days. A few uses later, and the second one's power cord came unattached in the reset box that is present near the end of the cord where you plug it into the wall. I decided this was probably something I could look into fixing myself, so I took it apart but could not determine exactly how the wires were supposed to lay inside of the reset box. Luckily I had the old one, so I just took it apart and copied the wire layout. It has now been a year since that fix and I am extremely happy with this pressure washer's performance. I would definitely recommend anything by greenworks as their replacement and warranty program is top notch.

The unit failed to function properly.The washer would start up function as it should and then simply stop altogether.We checked and confirmed that the power outlet had power.Tried different outlets including a dedicated 20amp circuit.The unit did not blow any fuses including the inline fuse that is part of the power cord.It would appear a clear issue with the motor itself.Fortunetly we were able to immediately return.Frustrating to disassemble,repackage and deliver for shipping.I would say on a positive note that when the unit did function it seemed to work well.
