Received the item in good condition.Upon powering, it was not transmitting at the expected rate of 9600 bps but instead at 115K. Only transmitting TXT messages. Could not get the device into operation state or recover using anything including the GNSSToolkit for the device. Would not respond. DOA.

So I ordered 3 of these, they all work as advertised. There is just one thing. The default serial port speed is not the same across all of them. Aside from that I can't complain but they should do some QA as not everyone will realize this. Yes I did change their configs to match. As for GPS signal, its very accurate and when stationary it will register 0 movement which is great.
