I purchased this item after searching for a long line for training dogs. After this arrived in the mail, I realized it clearly won't work. This is a very heavy line with a very large hook designed for horses. It won't be appropriate for most dogs and the hook is too large to clip easily to most collars. Anyway, I'm sure it's a fine product for horses, but I wish something in the description would make that clear.
