The Happy Strawberry Fertilizer is a finely ground powder that dissolves well in water. Looks to have the right ingredients for fruit bearing plants. This bag will last a long time as the dosage is quite little. Hopefully it will help improve my yields this season.

Well, as a Canadian, looking for made in Canada makes a huge difference, so I am pleased about that with this fertilizer. It also seems to be working well. It's always a bit hard to tell so early in a season as I get strawberries started inside, but so far things are working well.

This bag is unimaginably small.I've been using dry amendments for more than a decade, preference being for Gaia Green. It produces reliable results year after year, and I've grown strawberries year round starting new plants in the basement in early fall. Gaia Green in neutral soilless media (ProMix) has worked reliably for me.The stated ratio is 4-6-4 and I don't see anything exceptional in the ingredients list. Compared to the 4-4-4 and 2-4-8 Gaia green I've used for years, this is 600% the price.I'd have to start new strawberries in promix with just these nutrients to know exactly how well they perform, but I doubt there will be any benefit that justifies the absurd pricing. They smell a lot like the general 4-4-4 from Gaia Green.I've also used the 2-part and 3-part powder nutrients from General Hydroponics in the past (where you dissolve the nutrient in water rather than working it into the soil) and they were even more affordable than the Gaia Green. I switched because the dry amendments were much lower maintenance; I just set my irrigation system on a timer.Strongly recommend against overpaying for these. The price is insane.

I was intrigued by this strawberry fertilizer as it's an unusual ratio of 4-6-4 NPK (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium). Most strawberry fertilizer's I've seen are 10-10-10 or 12-12-12 NPK. You can apply this fertilizer at the beginning of the growing season to help grow juicy strawberries (or other berries as it works for all berries). The fertilizer is a fine powder that you mix with water and it includes kelp. I really like that this is organic and you only need 1 scoop per gallon of water. You only need to fertilize strawberries at the beginning of the season, so this small bag of fertilizer can be used on a lot of plants. I definitely won't be able to use it up in one season, which makes this bag a great value. So far I've only tested this on house plants as I won't be planting my strawberries until the late spring. It mixes up really well and the house plants I've given it to are no worse for wear. Great find!

Looking at my window this morning, it is overcast and snowing. And yes, it’s mid March. But that is life in Canada, so all of this to say that I have been unable to use this product or plant my strawberries yet this year. The ingredients, however, seem really great for not only my strawberry plants, but my raspberry bush as well. Last year I got only moderate growth and production from these new plants, so I am hoping this year, with this product to get a better harvest. I will try to come back at the end of the growing season and update on my results, but the product seems very easy to use and is something that should really help the growth of my plants.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Wow. I love it.⭐⭐⭐⭐ = Hey, this is pretty great.⭐⭐⭐ = Meh. It's okay but I don't love it. Someone might like it.⭐⭐ = Not great. Best to avoid.⭐ = Nope. The fertilizer comes in a resealable bag. It has a small plastic scoop inside for measuring out the appropriate amount of fertilizer per gallon of water for use in your garden. It’s a light brown colour and has very little smell. It mixes well with water. You only use a small amount per watering, so the bag will last a good while.The back of the package has some good, if basic, advice on how to properly care for strawberry plants.I can’t judge it’s efficacy until after a harvest, but I’m hoping this increases the yield in my strawberry patch.

I have paid a fraction of the price for other brands of strawberry fertilizer that work incredibly well, this has not given or done anything better or more extreme than the cheaper brands so please just do some research and save your money
