But I don’t know the proper name of the two rods to open and closing the top lip they don’t work right they are fix they don’t slide

I bought this to store some garden stuff. It holds a lot of stuff. It looks great. I was impressed with it because it looked strong enough to put a fairly large flowerpot on it.
