J'ai reçu l'article plus tôt que la date prévue. Très facile de faire le montage de ce meuble.Soyez avisés que d'un côté l'accoudoir va jusqu'à l'arrière du fauteuil et de l'autre côté, il est plus court et va s'appuyer sur le panneau du dossier.Un des coussins a été déformé dans le transport et même après quelques jours il n'a pas repris sa forme. J'ai contacté le vendeur qui m'a répondu en moins de 24 heures. On m'a offert des options et j'ai pris l'option d'un dédommagement en argent.Le montant du dédommagement a été appliqué sur mon mode de paiement original et ce en moins de 3 jours ouvrables.Je suis totalement satisfaite.5 étoiles pour ce vendeur !!

While not the easiest item to put together, if you do not tighten everything until the end and have a second person to help you hold things together it can be assembled. Several of the threads in the holes are off so have patience. The bigger issue is two of the same side modules were sent. It was obvious, one of the boxes had been repacked and sent, which is fine. Except the quality control should have noticed it was the same part and there were two holes might right through the piece, where they must of hoped it would work on the right side. Hoping to receive a new part E. Half the chair is nice... Update, we were able to put it together by not following the instructions and shifting the back to the side and vice versa for the right hand side. the weave does not align, the sofa is slightly off, and was brutal to put together. Does the job with our balcony size limitation, but would not buy it again. Support was responsive, but you can do better.

…a bit of a wrestling match to put together. I did it by myself in about an hour, another sent of hands and power tools would have turned it into 20 minutes. But it’s pretty spectacular when done.

If you live in a snow area where you enjoy summer for 3 month and always have to change patio furniture because f the weather …. This is the right piece. The quality is what to expect according to the price. As you can see the picture it is adorable and give little elegance to the ambient.

This love seat is cute and comfy for the beach house back yard.Cushions are not the best and will need to be upgraded next year but the seating was easy to assemble and looks great.Overall- happy with the purchase.
