Customer service was excellent. We bought it in April, waited to put together in August, a piece was missing and I was concerned about the length of time from purchase. I emailed Sunday afternoon heard back from them Monday morning and after one more email back and forth piece was sent out Wednesday. Easy to put together, the back comes up to middle of back so I use a pillow and it is perfect support for me.

Nice little outdoor sofa. It is easy to assemble but I used a drill to make it faster but the screws strip super easily when using a drill. I would also recommend screwing in the screws only slightly at first in each hole to ensure they are aligned with the holes properly before tighting them. When I started to assembled it, I screwed in the first one tightly and couldn't align (or see the hole) for the second screw in the same pannel. It's much easier to get all the screws in and started, before tighting any of them.I gave it four stars because the back of the sofa isn't very high. It goes only up to the lower part of your back so you can't really lean into it and get proper back support. maybe if it was against a wall it would be better. Mine is in the yard. Otherwise it's good for the price. Happy with it.

This is super cute and was pretty easy to put together. I received this without the screws to put it together. I contacted the company they immediately sent me the screws. I needed to put it together and it has been outside my house for almost a year now held up against all the weather. it doesn’t blow in the wind and we get 70 mile an hour winds here and it’s still sitting outside my house. Good to go.

This is the perfect size for my porch. My dogs and I love it to relax and hang out on. Assembly is easy, better with 2 people and not one.
