The arms come in two pieces. The smaller top piece slides into a tube on one side and a screw goes thru holes on other. We screw holes are totally out of alignment. I had to leave these screws out. Fortunately once the back support is on the top part of arm rest remains fairly secure. Are these not put together and tested prior to shipping? Spent many frustrating hours trying to get the screw to feed but the angle was just too bad.
