I just received this set. It arrived in 3 boxes. Two arrived one day, and the final box arrived the next day. I didn't know that it shipped in 3 boxes, and I contacted customer service after receiving only 2. They responded within 8 hours, and gave me the tracking for the third box.Assembly was overall rather easy, but there were times where I really struggled lining up holes to insert the screws. It took me between 3 and 4 hours. Everything you need as far as tools is included, being an allen wrench. There weren't enough washers, but fortunately I had some on hand.This set is attractive and nice. The one drawback is that it is rather small, surprisingly so. I included a photo of a chair next to an ordinary plastic rocker to give you a sense of scale. The chairs and settee are comfortable, but if you are 6 ft tall or greater, or just a broad person, you might want to consider something a little larger.

Got it for my mom for mother's day and she's in love with it package came with easy to assemble parts beautiful addition to her porch. The only reason I'm giving it a four is because two boxes came together and the third came two days later I thought they lost it
