Sizing Instruction
Step One
Take out your favorite insoles and place the two insoles back to back, then align the two insoles by lining up the back of the heel
Step Two
Use a mark pen to draw a cutting line by tracing along the toe section of your favorite insole
Step Three
Cut the Happystep insoles along the cutting line, put them into your shoe and enjoy!

Fit well and are comfortable but not sure if it helps with plantar fasciitis.

Solette conformate bene, sono ergonomiche e offrono un buon sostegno. Il memory ha la giusta durezza, non si schiaccia completamente ma allo stesso tempo risulta sufficentemente morbido e confortevole quindi regge bene il mio peso (75 kg). Sono più spesse di una soletta normale, consiglio di prendere un numero di scarpa in più per avere una calzata perfetta

Great support for the most part. The metatarsal region is a little thin, but that is common with insoles, so likely the same with other brands. These feel great on my feet. They were easy to trim to fit my size 13 work shoes. Bonus on the colour match!

Feel great for size 12.5 feet. Super comfy and give great support. When recovering from lower back surgery these were in every shoe I wore. Its like making Skechers out of any shoe.

I got a bad case of Plantar Fasciitis & needed really good insoles in order to walk normally in any of my shoes/boots. These were a fairly cushy insole but not enough for me. I found a much better kind that look & cost very similar but are definitely better for me.

These insoles fit my Keen winter wide boots and trecking boots. Walking in them even after many hours have not caused my feet any strain nor aches, which is amazing compared to the insoles provided with the shoes. Highly recommend them for the value and the support/comfort they have provided for my wide feet!

Very squishy foam support but the placement of the foot form for support does not fit for a woman - they should make these specific for a woman’s foot - these ended up hurting my feet more than helping even with having to cut them to size (length) - the raised portions do not confirm to a woman’s foot - they are very wide and they can’t be slimmed down - expensive waste of money to try to alleviate the foot pain - still searching for something to alleviate planter fasciitis foot pain

These are definitely the best insoles I've ever purchased. For me, they are the perfect balance of comfort, support, price and durability. Switching my original work boot insoles for these made a huge difference. The pain and fatigue in my feet at the end of the day was reduced significantly. I usually change them every 6 months. I'm sure they would last longer if needed though. I've been buying these for two years now.

長時間 この中敷きを使い使用していますが、足が疲れないのとほんと消臭効果が無茶苦茶良く。臭くならない。私にはこのタイプは合いました。これぞ求めていたものでした。いつも足が蒸れる私ですがあら不思議また注文しますね。

Opened up the package today and when I opened the bag there were 2 left insoles instead of a right and a left. I'm in contact with support at the moment.EDIT- Turns out the two L's mean Large and not two lefts like I thought. I trimmed them and used them for the first time today and they're great. Fairly easy to trim, and they are really thick which is what I was needing. Soft, squishy, and so far so good. The heel is a little narrow but not bad the arch is raised up a bit so it offers decent support. Good for the price, hopefully they last a long time.
