Nice hardshell case for the Walabot DIY 2.Very durable construction. The exterior is tight woven nylon and the interior has a soft microfiber material. The exterior zipper works well and doesn’t snag when opening and closing the case.The Walabot DIY 2 fits the case nicely and the elastic strap is usable. The interior zipper enclosure has enough room for the manual and charging cable.Overall it’s always a good idea to protect your tools.This case is a reasonable value and offers adequate protection.

I do not have a WALABOT DIY 2 Advanced Stud Finder and Wall Scanner,but this hard case seemed like it was about the right size to carry and protect a Toshiba Canvio Advance 1TB Portable External Hard Drive.Stylistically, I like the contrast of the red zippers against the black body.The case is slightly larger than the hard drive, but that isn't a problem for me.I can carry its USB cord folded next to it.The case has some internal padding, an elastic band for holding your device in place, plus a zippered mesh pocket which is perfect for me to throw in some SD cards or USB sticks as needed. The mesh pocket wall is lightly padded, so the drive or other device is protected from being scratched by whatever's in the pocket.The case feels sturdy and well made.Most importantly, as the product listing pictures indicate, this protective hard case will Prevent Cat Scratch, which is a genuine and serious concern for me as a portable-hard-drive-and-cat-owner.I would not hesitate to recommend.
