This is very thick and durable! Love the texture. Claims to be indoor or outdoor, but if outdoor it does not drain well so you have to dump the water out in the mornings or after rain. I would use indoor although it's not pretty it works well. Super heavy and well made. The rubber smell wears off after an hour

This floor mat is seriously sturdy and durable. When the description says heavy duty, believe it. The material is made of high-quality rubber with a finger-tipped texture. The only negative thing that would come to mind would be that the finger-tipped texture would collect dirt as you scrape your shoe on it, but that's really the point. Since it's made of a rubber material, you can easily wash it out to clean every once in a while. Some mats are flat or have a near-flat texture, but these finger-tipped rubber points will more effectively get the grime off your shoes as you scrape your feet. I think in a commercial setting, this is really good. Either you keep buying flat-textured mats and replace them or you buy this and wash it to clean it and keep on using it. I think it's a really good buy and I am looking forward to putting it through the paces to see how well it holds up.

I got this to use in front of my litter robot to keep the litter tracking down- it’s AMAZING. So much better than other mats sold for this purpose. It’s very heavy so it doesn’t slide around. Does have a rubber smell but that has faded with time.
