I use those in my gym to hook some of my gym equipments such as chains, handles for my cable gym. I also have bands and other things like that.They are strong, thick so don’t be scared to add weight on them, as long you make sure that the screws are in wood and not in simple empty drywall you should be ok to put even more weight.The hook has a black plastic which will protect whatever you put on the hook.I’m putting it at a 4 stars because of the look. I dont understand why the whole hook isnt black.I recommend.

I bought these to use in a resin garden shed but cam be used on a wall where you need a small to medium sized hanger. Heavy gauge steel, sturdy. If installed on a wall, you could hang fairly heavy item without concern in my opinion. I believe they are available in larger sizes. Would definitely purchase again.
