Bought this monitor about 5 months ago and it has already started breaking, the screen glitches and now the power button now seems to not respond so o have to reset the monitor. The problem does not seem to be the device but the brand, he have had another 3 different monitors with this brand and have had issues withing months. Comparatively for our first kid we bought a vava monitor that lasted us for 3 years without issues.

Camera works great, the monitor is good quality in daylight and at night. Can see my child and hear him clearly throughout the monitor, he can understands me when i use the microphone button to communicate while am in another room. The wireless connection is really strong because the distance between my room and my child's room is about 70ft and i have no issue with visibility. I strongly recommend this monitor, doesn't need wifi which it a huge plus for traveling.

I used an older model of this baby monitor for 2 years before it stopped charging- and so I ordered this one to replace it. I really enjoy the features of being able to pan the room, the video quality is very clear, the setting options are great with sound/sensitivity etc. it’s a great option at a lower price point! Would recommend.

Tengo ya un año con el, alcanza perfectamente la distancia entre uno y otro. La pantalla de ve bastante bien! La batería del monitor dura bastante aún con la cámara prendida. Es muy fácil de utilizar y creo que por el precio, comparado con otros, este monitor y cámara valen mucho la pena! Sin duda lo compraría nuevamente.

Have used camping (with 12v cable for receiver, and mini inverter for camera), awesome settings to be able to pan left/right and up/down.

This has by far been my favourite video monitor set to use. I love how user friendly the interface is on the monitor, it's very easy to switch back and forth between the two cameras and the quality is so much better than I expected. I can even see my little one breathing when asleep. There are a lot of super helpful functions that are easy to access and toggle. The main reason I went for the set with two cameras, was to have a second set of eyes on my little one when I have to get stuff done around the house, in addition to the bedroom monitor for sleep. I love the 360 pan and tilt function, it allows me to keep my eyes on my little while giving me peace of mind that I'll know if anything happens right away. The intercom function is pretty cool, being able to talk to my little while I'm in another room has been very useful when I can't get to them right away. The range has been awesome so far, I can go anywhere in our home and even outside in the yard - this was one fearure I was worried about based on other reviews, but I haven't had any issues so far and it has in fact surpassed my expectations in range and in every aspect. I can't say enough good things about this product, as well as the customer service team; I had an issue with my screen and they were very swift to remedy the problem and were extremely helpful and kind during the process which was very refreshing. I would absolutely buy this again, and will 100% recomend this to all of my mom friends.

Overall I really like this monitor. It picks up baby's noises easily and picture quality is okay. Good enough you can tell if baby is awake or not, not as clear as aome others I've seen on the market. It does not have 29 hours of battery life like advertised though, we have to recharge our unit every day so it will make it through a 10 hour night. I also love that it doesn't use wifi!

I’m very impressed with the Hello Baby baby monitor system! The video and audio quality are excellent, and it’s incredibly easy to use. It has made monitoring my baby so much easier and more stress-free.Initially, I had a small pairing issue with the first unit I received, but their customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, were very understanding, and immediately offered a full replacement. The new unit works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the product and the support I received.It’s rare to find such a reliable product backed by exceptional customer care. Highly recommended!

We've had it for a year and it's worked awesome the cameras have great angles and i love knowing the temp in the room and has great range. Except it stopped charging today so we will see what customer support says and I'll update my review. But it worked amazing for a year the monitor lasts a very long time and it was always reliable and good video quality and night vision. Update* I contacted customer support and even though I'm slightly over the 1 year they are replacing the monitor system. They were kind and respectful and very prompt with there replies! Definitely gotta love Great customer service!.

I bought this "cheap" baby monitor for my third child when our much more expensive video monitor broke down (none seem to last very long). I figured he was already two, I really only needed it to hear him overnight (he rarely gets up) and see if he's trying to climb out of his crib. I've had 3 other quite expensive video monitors for my children (now ages 9, 5, and 2) and I cannot believe I wasted money on any of them now that I have this one!! This is an excellent monitor: the camera movement is generous, the picture is clear whether it's daytime/night-vision, the zoom works well, and the battery life is exceptional- far surpassing my others' battery life! I haven't tested the range much, though it works from my basement office, all the way up to his bedroom. It also has room temperature and microphone features. I suppose the only con is that when I talk into the microphone to my kids, my older ones have to put the device up to their ear to hear me, though on my end I can hear them loud & clear with plenty of volume adjustability. We don't need this feature much, so perhaps that's adjustable too, but I haven't tried. I highly recommend this- don't waste your money on the more expensive ones, they aren't worth it.
