I ordered this product during a lightning deal on 4.20 received on 4.24. I immediately started unboxing and putting pieces together. Because I didn't know the number of boxes in the order, I assumed I received everything. Well, the next day, the fire pit came. Here's where the long process comes into play. I reached out to Amazon to inform them my order was missing two chairs. They linked me with the seller, who was responsive and asked me to patiently wait 2-3 days more days because 1 box was still marked out for delivery. I wait and nothing... so they tell me they will resend the 2 chairs. Great or so I thought. FedEx delivers the box on 5.3... only for it to be two more ottomans not chairs. 🤷🏾♀️ I email the company and notify them I now have 2 chairs and 4 ottomans. Well, then they decide to send me a picture of each box's tracking number and asks me to look for a box with a certain tracking number. Low and behold, the best tracking number that was marked waiting to be delivered was already delivered on 4.24. Now 15 days later, I am still waiting on 2 chairs. They did send prepaid labels to return the extra ottomans, but FedeX will need to come get them. I do not have a FedEx close to me.Now in regards to the patio set... I have to agree with some of the other reviews. It's a pretty okay set. However, the holes do not align on all of the pieces. It takes a little muscle power to force screws in. I couldn't believe the legs are made of plastic, three of the ones for the ottomans were cracked. I can easily see where the wicker weaving may come loose. The pillows aren't the best quality... And they haven't inflated to 4 inches as advertised and 2 pillows' zippers are broken, but I can easily fix that, and the metal bar in the middle of the couch was almost a deal breaker...bad design flaw. I am going to double the cushions on the sofa.I will update once I have all pieces. Let's see how the rest of the process goes.

Assembly was easy but only being armed with the allen wrench that came with it, my hands were worn out after assembly.Cushions bot as plush as we had hoped but overall good set for the price

Overall, when assembled, the product is OK. The chairs have low backs and the cushions are a bit thin. Standing alone, one chair seems pretty small but it is OK in a set even if on the small side. The set comes in five boxes so everything is very tightly packed. To make it all fit, the cushions are in plastic vacuum bags which makes them very thin. Once the bag is opened the cushions expand to full size after a while. Unfortunately, the boxes are clearly marked with a warning that returns are only accepted in the original packaging. Once the parts are removed and the cushions are expanded, there is basically no way to put it all back in the original box. It is sort of like trying to put toothpaste back into the tube. If you decide you don't like it after taking it out or putting the first piece together: good luck getting it back in the box.Assembly took quite a while. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow, but it is difficult to get some of the screws started (they have to be aligned perfectly). I have lots of tools and typically can put things together quickly. The placement of holes for the screws or bolts is problematic because the space is small so you can't use a full-size screwdriver or a drill with an Allen bit. Instead, you will end up having to use the tiny Allen wrench that comes with the parts to tighten the bolts. Often, it will only make about a 1/4 turn before having to remove and re-insert the wrench, so progress is very slow. There is no room for real tools on most connections. Also, be sure not to tighten bolts until basically all of them are started because it is difficult to make holes line up on one part after tightening down another. If you fit it all together loosely and then tighten, it is much easier. The chairs and sofa seem sturdy, but time will tell. Patio furniture often deteriorates quickly when exposed to sun, especially the cushions. I noted that there is nothing in the paperwork that claims that the cushion material will hold up well in the sun or is UV resistant. I am concerned that we will need to replace cushions after a summer or two in the sun.For the price, not a bad value, but not top-of-the line patio furniture. Plan on spending most of the day putting it all together.
