I bought to use to make a dog run. The pulley runs on UHMWPE rope which is perfect line to use (much better than SS cable).I bought this specific model because you can unbolt the roller.. I made the run splicing thimbles into the UHMWPE rope and I didn't want to have to redo the splicing just to get the pulley on. I removed the roller and reattached it between the end splices. It has been working flawlessly for months now. Weather has had no effect on it. Most pulleys don't use ball bearing rollers and most don't come apart. This does both.

Used two of these to run 96 ft of 1/8 stainless braided wire in one length. Worked out beautifully. Very pleased with results. Would definitely purchase again if needed.

Are use this pulley runner on a zip line that I set up for my dog to run around in the backyard. It’s a long one about 150 feet. This is very smooth and there have been no tangles or twists. No problems at all and it’s plenty strong for my dog which is about 60 pounds of crazy. I would not hesitate to buy another one.
