Q1. What pressure is generally required?
A: normally, the air compressor with power above 1500W needs to be connected, and the air pressure is stable at 75-110PSI，Setting too much air pressure will cause damage to the mandrel.The power of the nut gun depends not only on the Air Compressor, but also on the length and diameter of the air hose. For example, if you use a 32.9ft air hose, please use an air hose with outer diameter of 0.32in * inner diameter of 0.2in, and so on. The air hose is 42.7 ft, with a diameter of 0.4in* 0.24in, and the air hose is 65.7 ft, with a diameter of 0.48in * 0.32in, Will bring the air pressure to an ideal state.Suggest：air pressure 90PSI， the length of the trachea is about 32.9ft，0.32*0.2in.
Q2. Why does the thread of the mandrel of the gun head slip?
A: because the mandrel is in direct contact with the nut, dozens, hundreds and thousands of nuts are pulled in a day, so the loss of the mandrel is very large; At ordinary times, we can apply a little butter（Industrial lubricant） on the mandrel to prolong the service life of the mandrel; And the bearing plate in the gun head also needs to be coated with butter.
Q3. How to prolong the service life of the machine?
A: before use every day, drop 2-3 drops of pneumatic maintenance oil (sewing oil or white mineral oil) into the pull gun from the air inlet interface, and then idle the machine for about 30 seconds. This method is also required if it is not used for a long time!

In addition, pay attention to regularly drain the water in the air compressor, otherwise too much water will affect the service life of pneumatic tools.

This thing rocks for the price point. Makes installing rivnuts a breeze and a lot easier in confined spaces. Definitely worth the price. I only left one star out because I wish different sizes heads were available for a decent price.

Why do i keep trying these poor quality Chinese made tools, i guess im a glutton for punishment, so glad i sent it back after 2 attemps, the head part falls off, the madrels strip almost immediately. They used the worst tool steel they absolutely could find.Stay away from this junk

If you're just pulling a handful of rivet nuts you probably don't need this tool. If you're pulling hundreds of it you absolutely, positively, need this gun. I've only used it on 1/4 and 5/16 rivets nuts but on them it's effortless. Air use is modest. I can charge up my 12 gallon compressor and use the gun most of a day without recharging so I don't have to listen to the compressor. It's a minor nuisance to change nose pieces when I switch between 1/4 and 5/16 but it just takes a minute. All in all, it's a great little tool.
