Item received was as described and in good condition. There was damage to the shipping box but the content inside was not affected. Shipping did take a long long time. It was several weeks before a confirmation was even sent that the item had been shipped. Tracking on the package was non-existent. At times I was concerned on whether the item had been shipped or was in transit at all. In the end the package did arrive which is what really matters but better shipping methods should be utilized and there should not be a 2 week delay from purchase to any indication of shipment. I was beginning to believe I was scammed.
