Appears to be good quality and nicely finished. A good number of ball bearings facilitated a nice easy slide in and out. I saw a few posts from others that noted the slides needed a little effort to pull out. I believe these were designed this way so they wouldn't open if not installed reasonably level. You'll notice in the first picture a rubber bumper at the rear of the slide. Picture two shows how the second extension snugs against the bumper. This provides the friction needed to keep the drawer closed.
