I bought 2 of these. The one on the upstairs toilet is good, but the downstairs one's back latch snapped out of nowhere and it's just a few weeks outside of the return window. Very disappointing.

Can not sit on lid to tend to some things as we all do. and for some reason the snaps on the back that hold it to the toilet broke. Do not buy this. It is being return for something more well built.

This installed easily where my previous toilet seat was, and definitely closes softly. It's pretty standard as far as toilet seats go, nothing unusual in the seat or installation.

Do not sit on the top. I snapped a plastic support stick. But it works and give it an easy flick down to make the wife happy

We've only had them for a couple days but they're great so far. Way better than having to move a potty with stairs attached for my toddler each time he needs to go to the bathroom. Was easy to install and it fits perfectly. The Magnet to hold the small seat up seems pretty strong. I wish we went this route before buying other potty training seats and all that.Update**** after only a couple weeks one of the tabs that holds the toilet seat on has broken. The toilet seats are constantly sliding all over. Very good concept however I would not recommend because of that. They're not going to last very long and will need to be replaced. Very unfortunate.
