Been looking for a lapdesk for my giant 22" desktop replacement, and this one fits. Doesn't even have to be centered, I can slide it to the side and have (limited) room for a mouse.The cushion on the underside is much more comfortable on the thighs than the bottom of the laptop, so far it's an excellent quality of life upgrade.

Lap desks can be expensive, and many are too small for a 16-inch laptop. This one is a reasonable price and it is large.Pros:- Smooth surface is good for computer use, writing, drawing, etc.- Handle is simple, sturdy, and works well for carrying. It doesn't interfere with placing a laptop flat.- The curve at the near side of the lap desk makes it comfortable to hold close to one's body.- The surface is big enough to hold a large laptop (pictured with an 11 inch Macbook Air, but easily fits a16 inch Macbook Pro) with room to spare on both sides for a notepad or mouse.- The cushion works fine for me. It doesn't go all the way to the edges of the desk, but this doesn't bother me.Cons:- The shape of the desk surface is very wide at the far end and narrower at the near end. It is not very deep from front to back. In my opinion it is wider than it needs to be for the amount of space you get. If the sides were a little straighter (narrower at the handle end and wider at the end that goes toward one's body) it would be more functional by providing more space for a mouse but less width overall. Using the lap desk takes up a great deal of room in a chair or on a couch (it is hard for someone to sit next to me on a love seat because the lap desk takes up more than half of the width).- The surface is slippery. The computer will not stay in place if the desk is angled at all. I will have to get something non-slip to put under my computer because I often use a lap desk when sitting with my feet up.Conclusion:The shape of this lap desk could be a bit more functional, but it works for my purposes and I am happy with it.

It came as advertised and for the price I am happy with the product..Cushion is removable and the surface is large enough for my 17'' alienware laptop and mouse, but the mouse does not work well on it due to the slick surface so I use a cushion instead. The cushion is is made of a sturdy foam, which I appreciate because it keeps my legs from getting hot and provides a solid support for the lapdesk against my legs. Sometimes I use the desk without the cushion if I am getting too warm. I find the slight taper of the cushion a nice touch, it is not too steep so that if I set the desk down on a table it is still usable with the cushion on.My only complaint is that on the left side there is a rough spot where the gloss seems to have not dried properly or absorbed into the wood weird. Over time this will likely start to chip or flake away (couldn't get a good picture of it) and it is just a bit awkward to glide your hand or a mouse over. It also has a pocket for cords in the back of the cushion but this pocket isn't really that accessible, if it was a velcro pocket it would be more useful to pulls cords in and out of.

I was surprised to find this item again. I purchased this item years ago, and now have two laptops, so was looking for another laptop desk. I looked locally without much luck. I like this version of desk because it gives comfort, ease of use, lots of room for mouse or notepad left or right, durable, take it anywhere, and it is light weight. Hard to beat things that use the KISS method. Keep It Simple Stupid. Great value because unless your run over this with a truck it will outlast any laptop.

My Grandmother bought me the black version of this laptop desk when I was 16 years old. It lasted 12 years and only just broke the other month. I just bought this pink one and I still love it. It's comfortable on my lap and has enough space for a mouse. I'm sure this one will last another 12 years.

This lap desk is large enough for a laptop and still fit a notebook or piece of paper alongside of it. The handle makes it really easy to carry around, and it is super sturdy. The padded piece underneath is comfortable, spreading out evenly across your lap, which is a big difference between other kinds of lap desks which utilize two long rows of padding which make them difficult to balance safely (no one wants to see their expensive laptop go flying onto the floor!). Can use this sitting cross legged or straight legged, and fits very well in between a recliner's armrests or just across your lap sitting outside. Excellent portability and quality. Only negative I would mention is that I ordered a dark teal color, and it is more of a gray/navy blue. Not the deep blue-green color we expected.

I ordered the white version.I had been looking for something to keep the heat away from my laps when using my macbook, because it would occasionally run very hot, and I decided on this table.It has a sleek design, is made from good quality, is spacious (refer to the picture, my laptop is 15inch), and is comfy so I gave it a rating of 5.You can also be use it on a flat surface; I keep mine on my desk and place my PC on it as it gives it a nice inclination.Note: Mine arrived in excellent condition and didn't have any noticeable smell.

Excelente producto, el empaque llegó un poco lastimado y de una parte un poco golpeado (nada que influya con el uso del producto).Es justo como mencionan, otra ventaja además del diseño es que el cojín de soporte se puede desprender para lavarlo.Tiene un excelente tamaño como para poner una laptop de 11-13in y una libreta. At this price point, I knew not to expect a top-of-the-line lap desk. I just wanted something functional, comfortable, and big enough to use both a laptop and a notebook, and this guy delivered on all three things. It's the same width as some of the other brands' "XL" models (which are also more expensive) and can comfortably fit my 13" laptop and a notepad side-by-side. The (removable) cushion isn't anything fancy, but it is wide enough for my needs and does a good job evenly distributing weight. I tend to sit cross-legged when I do homework (old habit) and the cushion manages to keep the desk comfortable and stable even in such a weird position. There are no pencil slots/ cup holders/ wrist cushions/ whatever other frills lap desks can have. The surface (I have the black one) shows finger prints and dirt, but it also cleans easily. I've seen some reviews mention a bad smell when taken out of the plastic and I'll confirm that it does exist, but it also fades quickly and isn't horribly offensive. Basically, if you're looking for a simple, comfortable work surface at a great price, then I definitely recommend this desk.

Still love it! It's perfect for my big clunky laptop, although it does slip when held at a sharp angle. I didn't have a desk at my old place, so this was perfect!Since then, I've bought another two in different colours (my family kept using mine), and they are just really great. The first one I bought in 2014 is still in good condition, with some fraying on the fabric. I do have a desk now, but I find myself using these often--for laptop usage and for writing.If you prefer to work on the couch or bed, I highly recommend these!

Decent width...the pillow is fine and can be removed (velcro). The package came bunged up on the bottom right-hand side. Not worth dealing with returns and everything but arm rubs on the bunged up corner a little. I'm using it right now with my Surface 3 as I type this, so it must be working :)
