This is a cool toy. It’s awful nice to be able to wash your face and hands with a warm washcloth. It kind of reminds me of getting on an airplane and having them give you a warm towel to wipe yourself off. It works very well buy small towels though because there’s not a lot of room to fit big ones.

After the first use, the towel dispenser cracked. The material from which the towel dispenser is made is defective. Please exchange it for a full-value product.

This is compact enough to sit on my bathroom sink, gets towels super hot and is a plain, sleek design. My complaint is that the plastic top doesn't fit on the bowl and the wood tongs they gave were flimsy and grew mold.
